In June 2025, two SGDevCo-backed sites—formerly held under Safe and Green Development Corporation—were appraised by CBRE, an independent global real estate valuation and advisory firm.

The combined appraised value totaled $9.9 million, reflecting the strategic position of these land assets within the company’s portfolio.
